RACY members can benefit from access to a dedicated store radio network for up to the minute intelligence.

RACY radios are available to allow members of the retail crime initiative in York to exchange up to the minute intelligence and to provide a facility to alert the police and other scheme users such as the city centre CCTV monitoring room.

There are presently more than 100 members with radios in the city centre.

The CCTV Room based in Fulford Police Station liaises with radio users, enabling known offenders on the streets to be tracked by camera so they can be apprehended more easily.

Radios are available to RACY members for an additional charge.
